Very nice quality rain hat. Impeccable packaging. I didn't know the Traclet hat shop but I will return if needed and will talk about it to others.

Very satisfied with the service provided by this company. I had received a first hat that was too big and not waterproof originally, I ordered another one that was not immediately available (waiting time of 3 weeks). I called to ask for various information. My contact, very kind, answered all my questions and assured me that he would do his best to shorten the delivery time of my replacement hat. I received it just a week later. Impeccable! For all this, I have only one word to say: hats off, Mr. Traclet.
