Very nice thick and quality beret. The shipping was very long and without information to the customer. An area for improvement should be noted on this point.

Cap received of poor quality, made in China, poorly sewn. It is not worth the price paid, I am really disappointed.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello,
We are sorry to learn that the cap does not meet your expectations and that you encountered quality issues.
The information about the production location of this cap at 23 euros is clearly noted on the product sheet.

As for the quality, yes it is not at all the same as we have in Italian, French or Irish manufacturing.
We cannot have the same quality of fabric with different prices.
If this model does not suit you, it is of course possible to exchange it.
Remaining at your disposal
Best regards.
