Chapellerie Traclet delivers consistently fast shipping and reliable service, with many customers noting quick delivery and prompt order handling, sometimes arriving in time for events and performances. The product quality and presentation are repeatedly praised: hats and caps are described as well-made, comfortable to wear, with soft materials and neat finishes that align with photos and expectations. A wide selection and clear value for money are highlighted by shoppers who appreciate diverse options, reasonable prices, and durable, stylish designs. Customer service is perceived as attentive and professional, with straightforward returns and responsive assistance when needed.
Very beautiful items. The scarf and hat are totally what I expected. The blue of the hat is that of a very beautiful hat I saw in Russia worn by a young girl during the Russian anthem

Perfect transaction, I called to know the availability and delivery options, I spoke to a gentleman who explained well how I should proceed and the next day the package was there. The perfect cap. I really recommend you.
