Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Good morning,
Thank you for your message. Can you tell us the reference you want that we don't have in stock.
Size 63 is not very easy to find, because a lot of makers only make size 61 cm but not more.
If you have a reference, we can check with the maker if it is possible to make it.
Regards,
Traclet

The choice is immense but navigation is easy among all the options, however I would have liked to have more details especially about the inside of the hat, around the head,

Order compliant, delivered quickly. The cap is very stylish! However, it still lacks a photo with the cap worn on the Traclet site.

Delivery times not respected, misshapen bicorne hat (asymmetrical shaping), little communication with manufacturers even though I made a special request well in advance...

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello, Thank you for taking the time to respond. For the Bicorne, you requested the Bicorne in size 52-53 and you wanted to modify the size which we accepted and we had at least a few phone calls regarding this size modification issue. We are sorry for this delivery delay but it takes time to manufacture, especially with this size change we took care of the urgent shipping at our expense. Finally, what issue of deformation on this model that we manufacture for the army museum in Paris as well as the Emperor's museums. Thus, we can improve the hat. Remaining at your disposal as we have done during our various discussions. Best regards, Traclet Sébastien
