My partner opened the box, she unpacked the hat, and unfortunately, there is a stain on the front.

The content was perfect. The Wallaroo Oil Black Australian leather hat from Jacaru is perfect, very beautiful and very comfortable. It fits perfectly, I wear 55 and it is indeed 55.

The color of the ribbon around the hat does not match the image which is white but in reality is a khaki/light beige. Also, the belt on the hat, the leather looks much darker and almost black in the image but in reality, it is brown.

Delivery time respected. Well packaged. Two emails (forgotten pouch and instructions to fold the hat) received a quick response.
The product: conforms to the description, the 'plastic' aspect mentioned in the comments is noted. Light, to see in use (strength effectiveness).
