I was misled by the color of the hat in the photo on the site. I therefore had to return my first order to get a white Panama: loss of time and additional costs. Otherwise, wide choice of hats, good packaging and speed of delivery.

This is my first order, I had a concern that the hat would be a bit too big but honestly it was the right size. For the delivery, it was quite fast, it should have been on a Thursday but I received it the day before. I will continue to order from Traclet.
