The ushanka, typically Russian, and the toque are of excellent quality. The shipping was very fast and the delivery perfect.

I went on the smartphone version.
The search filters are not applicable after a keyword search.
The item I received is not really the same as the one presented in the photo.
Disappointing.

After efficient navigation on the site, the Traclet house acted quickly for the sending of my headgear; I am very satisfied with it, to the point that I am considering a second one for my secondary residence.

Satisfied, but I want to specify that for over twenty years I have been buying this beret with ribbed edges and that before in stores there were several colors including grays, violets and that now the choice of colors is limited to red and black. Apart from that, I am really happy to have been able to get one because it has been 4 years since the hat shop in Grenoble has not made it anymore. Best regards

Some small display issues with the filters. It would be better to have the same models of hats displayed only once with their different possible colors rather than displayed separately, it would make fewer pages to see. Nothing to say about the timely delivery and the hat is compliant and well protected.

I changed my mind during the order, on the chosen hat. The team's responsiveness is great, I received the newly chosen hat with nothing more than an email sent to request the change. Really I appreciate it

When I tried to adjust the cord of the cap, it broke because the tightening object doesn't tighten anything. I am returning the cap for an exchange.
