hello it's true that the Beclip suspenders made in France are at a high price compared to other suspenders but these are of quality. We hope they will give you complete satisfaction. Best regards, Traclet Sébastien

The site is great, nothing to complain about. However, the big downside for me, who has a whole collection of hats, berets, caps, etc., is that this one does not have its own box. In fact, it drags in the delivery box with paper... I find that really bad.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello
Thank you for your comment. Can you tell us what type of box you would like to receive.
Indeed, we send our hats in boxes for transport but not for storage afterwards because they need to be sturdy boxes for transport. Then they are packaged like all hat brands work like Stetson, Borsalino, Kangol, they are wrapped in tissue paper.
Remaining at your disposal to respond to your request.
Best regards
Traclet Sébastien

Good quality hats. Better information regarding restocking in case of unavailability of an order would avoid duplicates as happened to me. Nevertheless, good responsiveness from customer service.

Easy to use site, however, it is a pity that everything is mixed up. Indeed, when I selected women's hats, there were men's hats.

The site is easy to navigate, the items are displayed clearly which allows for informed and therefore confident choices. The delivery times are quite satisfactory, barely a week, the package is prepared very carefully, which means that the item arrives impeccable to its recipient. There is every reason to be satisfied.

Regarding the berets I bought, I would have liked to see a photo with a person wearing it and especially the actual size of the beret, because unfortunately it is too small, so I will return them.
