Nothing to report, Traclet remains an essential hat shop, the choice and the quality-price ratio remains correct.

Easy to use site. Quality hats, already used. The delivery was longer than expected because the relay was changed without my notice. It's a shame, my purchase was a birthday gift, arrived 2 days late.

I had technical problems accessing my account and also an issue with my order where an item was missing. In both cases, my email requests were handled quickly and seriously. Perfect.

The payment system by bank transfer is interesting but you need to allow time for your bank to register the IBAN. Once that's done, everything goes very fast. In 4 days the product can be at your place.

The item meets my expectations. However, the inside of the hat indicates the inclusion of a booklet: there was none.

I have an order pending restocking since April 11, 2022. Why not have a follow-up from time to time, it would be very professional. Otherwise, I recommend the company TRACLET.
