I only received 1 item out of 2 without explanation, without a letter. I called, the lady told me there was an error with the stock of the 2nd item but it had been ordered. But in my account, nothing proves that I am missing an item. I would like to receive an email confirming that an item is awaiting delivery.

No problem ordering the waterproofing product, however I gave up on buying a Stetson hat due to not being able to validate the chosen model, without explanation from the site, of the reason for the blockage.. I eventually ordered it on the Stetson site without any problem..
