PorkPie very chic and jazzy... it will become my new chic accessory with a 3/4 coat and suit or a leather jacket and jeans... In short, I love it

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello
as indicated in our sales conditions.
During an exchange, we share the shipping costs; you take care of the return to us and we take care of the reshipment.
Otherwise, if you do not want to pay the shipping costs at all, you can use the PayPal system which will cover the return to us and the shipping costs will be refunded by PayPal.
Thus, you will not have to bear the return; it will be refunded to you by PayPal.
What solution would you like in addition?
Remaining at your service.
Best regards
Traclet

The site is very easy to use. For me, the realization of my size 37 did not pose any problem. Super product that I have known for over 40 years!

I am satisfied with the speed and quality of shipping from Chapellerie - Traclet. The product is perfect and meets my expectations, by the way, I will order a second one. However, the relay point is disappointing, friendly yes, but almost always closed. Moreover, their phone number corresponds to a private individual ...?

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello
please excuse us for this delay, we will refund you because the person who mistakenly received your hat did not return it to us and is no longer responding to our messages even though we sent her a return label.
Please excuse us for this inconvenience.
Best regards Traclet

Good, no deformation because in a large enough box etc.. But as a result... does not fit in the mailbox, so I had to go pick up the box at the post office, you can't have it all ^^. I am satisfied.

Shipping within 24 hours of the product in stock. Correct packaging. The quality of the hat and the finish are good. The site indicates that it can be hand washed in cold water, but in the hat, a label with a cross on a basin indicates that it is not washable.
