The lockdown significantly delayed the delivery. However, once normalcy was restored, the cap arrived; the size and model perfectly matched my expectations. The cap is well-made and exudes quality. I am very satisfied with my purchase.

Delivery in 24-48h on the product sheet. Shipped 12 days later following a demand through PayPal. And while I had indicated that given the delay I was canceling my purchase. So the package was shipped, which will stay 10 days in storage before returning to the seller, as I am no longer there to retrieve it.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet Published on 10/06/2020

Hello, The information on the delay is clearly noted on the product sheet when choosing the size. You can check https://www.chapellerie-traclet.com/fr/chapeaux-tissu/439-chapeau-safari-coton-3-coloris.html#/taille-l_58_59_cm The delay indicates delivery within 2-3 weeks. Furthermore, this delay is also indicated in the order summary. Finally, an email was sent to you at the same time as the order to inform you that we had a restocking. Payment accepted 20/05/2020 18:09:18 Waiting for restocking 20/05/2020 18:09:16 The information on the delay has therefore been provided three times. Best regards, Traclet

Why not put a photo of the hat worn by a mannequin? This would facilitate the projection of the result on oneself and also allow for a better understanding of the dimensions of the hat.

We are not very used to ordering online but discovering the choice on this site made us take the plunge and we do not regret it and will do it again. A bit worried at first, a bit reassured by the presence of a phone number and then ultimately very satisfied. Thank you.
