Well-designed site. We have the size and measurements of the hats like brim width height etc. This, along with quality photos, gives us a good idea of the products

Very satisfied with my order and especially your plus is that we can pay by check, which is becoming increasingly rare and is an asset at Traclet. I recommend this site and I would order from you to encourage French commerce, which is as competitive as global platforms with globalization and its consequences less.

On the site, everything was clear: order, payment. Just one remark: not enough info on tracking because I quickly got worried, afraid of a scam.

A bit complicated to communicate with this hat shop.
Not attentive enough to the customer and errors in the order.
