Easy to use, hats are well categorized by type, easy and intuitive ordering, very fast shipping and notification message when a product is desired, it's rare in France these days, worth mentioning! Good protection of the hat in a box adapted to its size.

This time I had a delivery problem, I hope there won't be another one. More than three weeks after the order, that's a lot.

You could save on packaging, way too big for a foldable hat...

Very good. Small problem though: it is specified on your site to choose one size down for this model. My head circumference being 61 cm, I took the XL model corresponding to size 60/61 cm, why would I have taken size 58/59 cm which does not correspond to my head circumference?

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
hello
thank you for your message.
As indicated by the site when ordering, the delay was 1-2 weeks. The information was also confirmed by email.
We are sorry but when ordering, this size 60 cm required a manufacturing and therefore delivery time that was noted at the time of the order.
Best regards
Traclet
