Excellent site... BUT order that gets lost or takes a long time to arrive!!! For a birthday gift... it's missed; my order arrived way too late, after 15 days.

Please excuse us for this delivery delay, we had a problem with our stock for the gray trilby hat.
Please find a voucher of 10 euros in your account.

I bought several hats, all beautiful, from Traclet. Service, delivery, quality... everything was perfect. I take away one star for my last order: a magnifier for 40 euros that consists of 2 pieces of almost raw wood, splinters included, and a poorly fixed double screw. Unusable... For the rest, I can only recommend this company (and Borsalino hats, in particular)
