Chapellerie Traclet delivers consistently fast shipping and reliable service, with many customers noting quick delivery and prompt order handling, sometimes arriving in time for events and performances. The product quality and presentation are repeatedly praised: hats and caps are described as well-made, comfortable to wear, with soft materials and neat finishes that align with photos and expectations. A wide selection and clear value for money are highlighted by shoppers who appreciate diverse options, reasonable prices, and durable, stylish designs. Customer service is perceived as attentive and professional, with straightforward returns and responsive assistance when needed.
Incredible site, lots of choices, for all budgets. Super fast shipping and the packaging is perfect. (I ordered on Saturday at the end of the day, package picked up on Tuesday...) I therefore recommend 100%

Nothing to report. If I may add: it's great. They have choices, they are well organized, fast. Returns, in my case for a size change, are very well managed and quick. Need headgear -> Traclet :-)

Well-constructed site - easy contact to answer questions. Indicated sizes are really very small: why such a discrepancy!

This is my 4th Tilley hat ordered from Traclt, the T5 model still made in Canada, the quality is still perfect.

Excellent choice on the site, absolutely impeccable.
The delivery times are, however, very often much too long but well announced, which compensates a bit. I followed up with the site after the 4 weeks announced for the delivery of the hat, on a Monday; I had a representative informing me in writing about the arrival of the package at the end of the week and that was the case. Very nice double-corrugated package that consoled me from the long wait. I will use this hat, ordered in July, next summer ;-)
