Fast shipping of the package
Size exchange without discussion. However, the cork ribbon intended to tighten the cap if needed
was no longer in the 2nd package. (But fortunately, I didn't really need it.)
Very quick response by email to report a problem

The manufacturing time (more than two months, even in summer) is not in line with the notion of a product in stock listed on the website

Very good site, the only thing missing is a photo on a mannequin of the hats to get an idea of the scale of the model's size.
