Warn people about delivery times

Hello, I wrote you an email on September 11, six days ago, in which I explained the problem, but I have not yet received a response. Below, I am attaching the text of the email. Hello, I bought from your online store the hat 7765-78771, order number LSXYMQLAE September 5, 2026, but I received the model 2642. The photo on your website is also different, as you can see in the attached photos. Although it is only slightly different, it is precisely for these small details that I chose to buy it from your site, even though it was more expensive than on other online stores. Moreover, the hat was protected for shipping by a simple thin plastic bag and it arrived a bit wrinkled and slightly stained. Finally, I take this opportunity to point out that your site indicates that shipping is free from 90 € of purchase, without further precision or exception, but I had to pay 5 € even though the hat cost 110 €. Please let me know the procedure to return this item and receive the Sweet Seduction hat that I ordered, without decoration on top and with more decoration under the brim. Sincerely, Mirco Ricci

Was in restocking but in the end delivered well in 8 days and quality seems to be on point.

Article announced with a 5-6 week delay, received after 3 and a half months and I think because I made a complaint. Otherwise, the item is in accordance with the description.

Having ordered a few flat caps, this is the first time I am disappointed with the product, not the color seen in the catalog at purchase.

Speed of shipping, product conforms to the description but the label was cut so you can see the cut white label on the green visor, it's not a nice finish, especially for a gift.

Order well received and well packaged

Last year, I ordered a hat for my husband. Everything went well. I ordered one for myself (size 55 cm). The label says 55 cm, but it actually measures 53 cm. I would like to return it and order another size. I really like the quality, but the size was a bit different this year.

Disappointed by the hat I bought. On the shopping site, you are asked to specify the size 56, 57, 58, etc... only to finally receive a size S, M, or L that does not correspond precisely to your size. The inner band is made of PVC (synthetic leather), which promotes sweating. There are significant color defects in the raffia, poorly placed, which I had to correct with a dye. So it's a meh because at this price, the quality is not there.

Very happy with my purchase. A bit disappointed with the delivery time being longer than expected.

I was very excited about the idea of ordering from this site, but my experience was very disappointing. First disappointment: an essential element regarding the hat is buried in the description. It is stated that it does not sink on the head but simply rests on it and is held in place by the tie. I did not see this when I ordered and the hat did not meet my expectations at all. I then wanted to exercise my right of withdrawal. The product sheet states that 'no exchange or refund is possible', which is particularly discouraging. After contacting customer service, my return was finally accepted, which shows that this mention is at least misleading. The return procedure is also unnecessarily complicated: you have to request authorization to return the item, wait for validation, print a first document received by email, then go to the FAQ to find a second form to print, complete and sign by hand before slipping it into the package. Nothing is simple or intuitive. Finally, return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer. In my case, I had to pay nearly €10 to return an item that I simply tried at home. At a time when most sites offer simplified returns, this policy is very penalizing. Customer service did accept my return, but the entire purchasing and return process made me feel that everything was done to discourage customers from exercising their right of withdrawal. This is regrettable, as the products seem to be of quality.

My hat arrived much later than announced and it was too small so I didn't have time to exchange it. Very disappointed!
