The shipping is fast, but I find it a shame that you have to pay 4€ for a simple box in addition to the shipping costs... Especially when returning an order that is not correct, I paid 4€ + 6.80€ for the first order, then 6.90€ for the return, then again 4€ + 6€ for the new order. The return or the second shipment could be free for a purchase at such a high price... I certainly will not order from this site again.

I apologize for several reasons... Firstly, I did receive my order. I pressed the wrong button without being able to go back. Secondly, my first email was a mistake because the confirmation for the arrival of my order ended up in Gmail's spam folder... I hardly ever check it. I went to pick up my hats at the pickup point after calling your store (because I was worried about not receiving them). The young man was very helpful. I thank him again by the way. Best regards.
