The site trusts its suppliers too much and did not verify the size of the item I ordered.

The service is good, but the merchandise does not match the price, I ordered a Stetson hat box for 119 euros and received a cardboard one that is very far from being worth it, very very far the price is inflated it does not encourage me to order anything else

Complete site, well done and intuitive thanks to the different ranges.
Many references however, it is sometimes possible to get lost.

The only downside I regret is the packaging of the hat. Given the price, I would have liked it to be placed in a specific Stetson box and not in a vulgar plastic. Especially since it's a gift I wish to give.

The only complaint I have is that there are significant differences between sizes depending on the models of hats. For example: XLs are not the same, so it's difficult to order online without making a mistake.

Carton slightly opened because the tape is a bit fragile.

An impressive choice of models under various brands at a normal price. Fast and very careful delivery. Cap very well protected, I really recommend. The only negative point is that delivery is not free for standard shipping.
