the product does not match the description: I was expecting a 100% cotton product and it is 67% polyester. I will return it.

No issues with Traclet, the only downside being that not all colors were available in my size (but this is clearly indicated on the product sheets and I was looking for a somewhat extreme size: 62)

serious and professional site having a 'bricks and mortar' presence which inspires confidence. The items I order are very true to the photo catalog. The deadlines are respected. Only downside, there is a bit of confusion in the various hat styles

I find it catastrophic to accept an order and not be able to deliver an item, the alpine hunter beret, that I ordered and, above all, paid for. To this day, I still have no news.

- Very good: Lots of choices on the site
- To improve: my item did not mention the size (it was one size but I wanted to know in advance)

However, the hat cover was not included; I reported it and you sent me 2 small covers (20 x 29) by mail in which the hat does not fit.
I did not understand!
