20 days after the order, the delivered model is not the one ordered without any explanation. Following an email, I was told: "The Biarritz model is the same model as the Basica that was delivered to us in order to ship before Christmas." It may be equivalent but it is not identical and it is not the one chosen. I could have been asked for my opinion beforehand...

We apologize for this inconvenience.
The explanation is that currently the carrier delivering the basica is on strike and our packages have been blocked for 10 days on a platform.
We will have our packages only at the end of the week or early January.
In order for everyone to receive gifts before Christmas; we sent the Biarritz model. Which is of the same quality but with a different logo.
If this is not suitable, we can send you the correct beret with a good return as soon as we receive them.

Aesthetically this item totally met my expectations, but it was too big. Its head circumference was 58.5cm, instead of 56/57.
I returned it on the day of receipt, Friday 13/12/24, requesting an exchange for a size 'S'. On the phone, I was told a delay of 9/10 days as it was being restocked.
