Chapellerie Traclet delivers consistently fast shipping and reliable service, with many customers noting quick delivery and prompt order handling, sometimes arriving in time for events and performances. The product quality and presentation are repeatedly praised: hats and caps are described as well-made, comfortable to wear, with soft materials and neat finishes that align with photos and expectations. A wide selection and clear value for money are highlighted by shoppers who appreciate diverse options, reasonable prices, and durable, stylish designs. Customer service is perceived as attentive and professional, with straightforward returns and responsive assistance when needed.
Beautiful quality, however the size is not respected. I ordered a size 58/59 and I ended up with a head circumference of 60.5 size L. I will have to return it to get a size down. If only you weren't so far...

Overall compliant with the expected model, the size is perfect, excellent quality of the product. However, the title of my order is: "Navy Blue English Bob". The one I just received is black and therefore does not exactly match my order.

Complete site and does not hesitate to indicate stock shortages. This helps avoid mistakes... Adding photos (back of the cap) would have been appreciated

Hello, quality product but a few defects noted. To note glue marks on the top middle of the hat/cap and on the front seam (middle front of the leather). Threads from sewing not removed but the stitching is good in itself (finishing oversight without impacting the quality of the seams). It's still a shame for this type of good quality product expected for the price. Best regards

You have such a huge choice of hats that unless a specific style is going to be ordered, hours can pass scrolling the different styles. Not a complaint but I could have stayed on the site for hours

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello
We have several qualities in Australian leather hats.
Its gallon is of course not fixed on this model because it is interchangeable.
Here is an example of a better quality leather hat

Okay for the quality of the hat but I thought a folding method manual would accompany it. The online version is a bit small for a visually impaired person...
