I ordered because it was stated delivery within 72 hours... this did not happen.... they attempted a delivery on September 11 ... I was absent ... but I had written in the notes another address that they did not take into consideration. In the email, they wrote to me where I could go to pick up the package but I have not yet received any news.. I believe that the site has published untrue information and for this reason, I will request a refund.

when purchasing outside the EU, the French VAT of 20% is exempt but you will have to pay import taxes for Switzerland. These fees are inherent to each country.
Otherwise, we can also deliver to France by remaining post or relay point so that you only pay VAT in France without shipping costs to Switzerland and import taxes.

The hat is great, but ..... delivery time not respected because out of stock (which I can understand), however no email to notify of this shortage, no alert, if we do not return to the site to check the tracking we know nothing. What is the point of forcing people to create an account in this case. Anyway, an effort on communication would be great!!!
