Chapellerie Traclet delivers consistently fast shipping and reliable service, with many customers noting quick delivery and prompt order handling, sometimes arriving in time for events and performances. The product quality and presentation are repeatedly praised: hats and caps are described as well-made, comfortable to wear, with soft materials and neat finishes that align with photos and expectations. A wide selection and clear value for money are highlighted by shoppers who appreciate diverse options, reasonable prices, and durable, stylish designs. Customer service is perceived as attentive and professional, with straightforward returns and responsive assistance when needed.
I do not like at all the wide cotton chin strap that I received. It is way too wide and unesthetic. I ordered instead a round lace in nylon paracord from Crazylace.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello
The chin strap mounted on all Tilley hats since their creation in the 80s.
If this one does not suit you, we also offer other models.
We are of course at your disposal to offer you others.

A bit big, my size is between the existing ones. No interior space - sewn edges - to pass a cork band. A bit complicated, the cap does not tighten the head.

Nothing to say about the merchandise, very nice model, however the box was repackaged by the post because it was opened on both sides. Paper band around the box torn, really not very sturdy.

All the different colors of an item not presented under one and the same item: when you have chosen an item, you do not have access to all its variants which is not practical at all.

The site works well. But the delivery by colissimo (to a pickup point) is not correct at all: announced delay not respected, incoherent and misleading messages.

I am not satisfied with the quality of one of the hats, and given the delivery delay issues (10 days in colissimo!), I will try to redo the seams myself.

Hello
Please excuse us for this colissimo delay independent of our will.

Having had a small issue with a previous hat that was no longer available, I returned it and received a credit for another model which I am perfectly satisfied with. It took a bit of time, but everything went perfectly, thank you again for your professionalism.
