Delivery, no problem. However, on the site, the description of the neck-covering caps is insufficient, not allowing to distinguish between two caps with very similar characteristics.

Nothing to report, very good choice, except for the search engine: when you ask for 'UV protection cap UPF 50+', you end up with 17 pages of various headgear, hats... FOR ALL THAT, you only get a maximum of ten items that meet the request. Hence the frustrating waste of time. So: search engine not precise enough.

A lot of choices. The search engine, however, gives broader results than what is requested in the query.

My order does not match my needs; I made a mistake in size. You ask me to return the package, but for that, I need to go to the post office, and I can no longer travel that distance because I no longer drive due to two strokes; what to do?

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello, we are sorry that this does not suit you. However, for the return, you can do it from your home without having to travel for several months. Indeed, you just need to go through the post office's website to create a Colissimo and get a Colissimo label so that your postman can pick up the package from your mailbox. Remaining at your disposal. Best regards, Traclet Sebastien

Wide choice of high-quality hats. Careful delivery. Responsive customer service. But I would have liked to know when ordering that when one of the ordered items is out of stock, you have to wait for it to be in stock to receive the entirety of the order.

Really excellent customization. I take away one star, however, the product could not be delivered on time. It was a birthday gift that I could not give due to the delivery delay. Probably a communication issue though.

A clear site, plenty of choices, up-to-date information, an efficient customer service that answers the phone, and very fast shipping. However, curiously, I did not receive any confirmation email for the order, shipping, or tracking even though my email address was correctly provided (nothing in the spam either).

Beautiful product, conforms perfectly for Traclet. Paid delivery for home shipping due to absence (notification received a few hours before delivery and placed in the spam folder), the delivery service could have addressed the neighbors; 1 star deducted.

Disappointed with the received product. The fabric material and the photo show a patch that was not present at delivery.
