Finally, an e-mail confirming a return request which the site indicates will be sent was never received. I suggest considering carefully before placing an order with this seller - I certainly will in the future.

We don't pay for returns because we have a Hatter shop in Roanne and we don't agree to pay for this service.
Because customers who go to our shop, we don't pay them to buy a cap.
Moreover, postal service is not free, so even if we pay part of the shipping. We don't agree that this service is free.
We are open to discuss this problem.
Last but not least, in the future, shipping will not be free because shipping costs are increasing.

Hello, regarding the delivery date, I had made arrangements to receive my package and waited all day for nothing. Not only could I not get it, but not a single phone call to inform me about the delivery the next day without warning while I was at my appointment. On Tuesday, the delivery person called me and I asked him to deliver my package for the next day (Wednesday) and everything went as planned.
