The order and delivery: no problem but a bit long. The size is not right. I have 57 and therefore chose the small which according to your site fits 56 and 57. The hat is too big! You should have specified that this brand runs large. I am therefore disappointed.

If size 59 cm is the size you received, the next smaller size is 57, as this manufacturer does not size in centimeter increments.
It is certainly possible to exchange it if you wish.
