Delivery that was supposed to be scheduled in 2 parts because 1 item was missing for 3 weeks, so request to group the 4 purchases and without problem expected wait and OH surprise!! delivery of EVERYTHING 4 days after order, shipped to home because it was supposed to arrive upon our return
so absence at delivery received by a very nice neighbor without me being able to warn him
well not serious but curious management between order and delivery
OTHERWISE VERY nice ITEMS

A number of berets or others were out of stock, often the cheapest ones.

An order of 2 items without communication. We wait, we wait, and one day we notice that the product is out of stock. We contact them because they do not keep you informed, no! The items arrive... Finally, there is only one product out of the 2, and still no communication. We call. "Oh oops, I will check". Another item out of stock. Damn, when I ordered everything was available though. Refund made without offering another solution beforehand, 24 hours before Christmas, great, it was a gift obviously. A proposal arrives, a similar item but more expensive and express shipping costs waived. Well, thank goodness, I paid shipping costs on my initial order with 2 items and I only received one! In short, no commercial gesture, I do not recommend even if, once everything received and everything offered, the person is delighted!

Hello, please excuse us if we had a communication issue. The information about one of the out-of-stock issues was indicated during the order as well as by email. Shipped: Armada Levell 19/12/2022 18:02:17. Awaiting restocking: 08/12/2022 10:28:37. Payment accepted: 08/12/2022 10:28:37. Following your message, we proposed a similar model in stock and we covered the express shipping cost of 12 euros. We are sorry that this could not satisfy you; fortunately, the person who received the items was satisfied. Again, sorry for this inconvenience. If we could have delivered the out-of-stock product, we would have done so gladly, but we could no longer receive it quickly. Best wishes for 2023; Remaining at your disposal. Best regards, Traclet Sebastien.

I would have liked to be informed (after my order) of the length of the delivery time,... And I appreciate little that it finally took place, but not at the last requested address!

A cap at this price should have a foam lining in the visor to prevent deformation

I had ordered a chapka, received without any problem within the expected time. This item was in a packaging box. I suggest, if it is not already the case, that the delivered product be presented in a simple 'case' that would enhance it and fit in the packaging. This could be simple and very inexpensive. The whole would have more character. Merry Christmas and best wishes to all your staff.
