I am satisfied: fast shipping, simple navigation on the site, very fast delivery. However, a bit disappointed with my chapka: it is very nice but I expected a black and white chapka with light fur and I received a black and gray chapka. It is beautiful and keeps me warm but I did not expect that when opening my package. This is certainly due to the photos: the light must certainly alter the colors. Apart from that, I am delighted, the mittens are very warm and comfortable and the chapka is very soft, very warm, and comfortable! I am still happy! Next time I will look at the photos twice.
