Very satisfied, I recommend the site and its products, which will cover for a good while the little hair I have left.

Perfect hat, but I was scared about the delivery time! I was expecting 4 weeks instead of 2 or 3! I had to ask for it. Fortunately, very responsive service from Traclet.

I ordered a Tilley hat, I paid for express delivery with TNT, to receive the package the day after shipping as indicated. The item was shipped on June 25. On June 29, having still received nothing, I called. I was sent an email saying that the item had indeed been shipped. I was finally delivered on July 1. The logistics really leaves much to be desired.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello, as indicated when ordering, the delivery time for the ordered size was 2 weeks https://www.chapellerie-traclet.com/fr/chapeau-tilley/4803-le-chapeau-ltm5-airflo-naturel.html#/8-taille-55_cm the order was placed on 20/06/2021 It was delivered to you on 01/07/2021, which is within the 2 weeks as indicated when ordering. In the event that the TNT carrier did not deliver the next day, we made a complaint, but this information should be noted for the carrier and not our company which does not handle delivery. Best regards, Traclet Sebastien

The site states delivery in 48 hours, ordered on Friday received on Friday, for me that makes 7 days... and oh surprise that half of the order is in the package, I ordered 2 items and it's the cheaper one that arrived, I just made a complaint, I'm waiting for a response...
