Produces very good qualities, very satisfied despite a slightly long delivery time due to restocking. Thank you...

The 4 * recognize the quality of the products, but the delivery time is too long and the characteristics of the products are not clearly displayed on your site.

I found the right model but you have to look closely at the shapes, it's not always obvious without trying.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello
As indicated during our exchanges, one of the Tilley hats had a delay because it is made in Canada and with the Covid pandemic, the hat has been delayed a lot.
We have taken your comment into account for a care product.
We can offer to send you a hat brush.
Thank you for your feedback.
Best regards

Order received a week later, without order tracking, even though I had paid for express delivery (max 48h).

First order on this site and really disappointed. Cap ordered supposedly available within 48h. Cap received different from the one ordered, without any explanation and strangely the one actually ordered is no longer available for 3 to 4 weeks!!! So I think it was a default shipment. Otherwise, delivery of the wrong product was done within the deadlines.
