Chapellerie Traclet delivers consistently fast shipping and reliable service, with many customers noting quick delivery and prompt order handling, sometimes arriving in time for events and performances. The product quality and presentation are repeatedly praised: hats and caps are described as well-made, comfortable to wear, with soft materials and neat finishes that align with photos and expectations. A wide selection and clear value for money are highlighted by shoppers who appreciate diverse options, reasonable prices, and durable, stylish designs. Customer service is perceived as attentive and professional, with straightforward returns and responsive assistance when needed.
Honestly a very good hat for the price.
I didn't give 5 stars because you can see some sewing threads from the inner band and on the edges of the hat, nothing dramatic though.
Another small negative point is that you can notice some imperfections regarding the smoothing of the felt. 2 lumps of wool spotted for now, but I must be the only one to see them.
In the end, if we consider the item in relation to the price, this hat is of impeccable quality.

Beautiful quality, the brown is rather black, however the chapka is large when the ears are raised and is really fitted when they are lowered. The seams may tend to press a bit too much at the ears, we'll see with use over time, maybe to shape it.

Disappointed. Bad information on the site:
1/ engraving at 250 characters but an email asks me to limit to 20 characters!? : so I would have chosen a competitor.
2/I receive an email informing me of the shipment of my package while I receive an email afterwards asking for a modification: so my order was not processed!
I hope to be an isolated case.
Normal delivery and good protection.

Hello
Yes when receiving your order, we sent you an email because there was an error.
The length of the text was over two lines in full length and it is not possible to make it that long.
We have modified the information on the length of the text.
It is not that we want to limit the text but mainly that afterwards the text is unreadable and therefore the customer is not satisfied.
Thank you for your understanding.
Best regards

The rain scarves are not very enveloping to protect the entire hairstyle from the rain. However, the hats are perfect.

I find the cap not compliant, way too big
Translated reviews
Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello, in this case, it is of course possible to change it for a less wide model.
This type of cap is indeed the Irish cap of the peaky type. Then, depending on the face, it can also change on oneself.
Remaining at your disposal.

Ordered a Stetson Main Tweed cap for a Christmas gift. Impeccable service. Well-packaged parcel, received on the indicated dates with regular tracking.
A size issue when taking the recommended one below... Too bad, as I had to return (at my expense) the parcel for an exchange to the correct size. Fortunately, the email exchanges are responsive and clear, and the new shipment could be made very quickly and directly to the address of the person who was to receive the gift. This is not the first time I have ordered and I am generally very satisfied.

I placed an order on December 2. As soon as I finished, I received a first questionnaire from you. Then, after almost 3 weeks of silence, I sent an email asking what was happening since I had received nothing. In response, I was told that the package had been sent while I had no information from the postal service. A week later, still having nothing, a new email with a delivery deadline. A package arrived on Monday, January 4, with only 2 items. I asked for explanations for these items and I am still waiting for a response.

Thank you for your understanding, please excuse us for these inconveniences beyond our control due to the non-receipt of the first shipment.
