Hello, this impression of a plate is normal because the caps are about 28 cm. It is even more noticeable on the summer cap because it is worn and this one is wide and exceeds the face of the person wearing it. If this shape does not suit you, we have many others. Notably, the Brooklyn shape which is more tapered and less wide, the duckbill cap, as well as the traditional flat cap. We invite you to look for a shape that is more suited to your tastes. Not very responsive. Too slow for exchanges. Free exchange, but return at your expense. And 3 weeks after the return still nothing in sight. On the phone, I am told that it is in progress. Moreover, when ordering, the item went from available to 'in restocking'. In short, if you know what you want, and you are really sure of the size, go ahead, otherwise move on.

Regarding the exchange for size 58 cm, we had to order it and since Tilley Europe did not have it, it is coming from Canada which takes a bit of time. However, we should receive it this week. I am not satisfied because on one hand I had to contact them to receive my order and on the other hand I was not satisfied with my product which I found neglected. When I sent a message with photos, I was told that they found the received product to be compliant and expected. I simply notice that I have quality requirements that the Traclet company does not have. It's a real shame.

Hello, we have taken your remark about the quality of the product into account. However, one cannot expect a hat worth 18 euros to have the same quality as a hat worth 29 euros or 69 euros. Otherwise, there would be no price difference or only the brand or a fashion effect would justify a price difference. Indeed, we offer hats starting from 10 euros but this one is not of equivalent quality to a hat at 100 euros and to us, that seems normal. As with my first order, I was very satisfied with the product received and the packaging it contained. The only small downside was the delivery: receiving at a relay point is much more efficient than colissimo. For my first order, the delivery time was barely one day while colissimo took several days!
