The site is very good
A bit more complicated when you want to make a return which is my case

While the delivery time was very good, the quality of the product leaves much to be desired: this beanie seems to have already been posted, it has a crease inside and does not look new! Moreover, the brim does not sit flat on the head which is not very aesthetic.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello
It will be difficult for the beanie to be worn as they have just arrived.
Regarding the creases, as shown in the photos, this model is not without creases or seams.
We have other models made in France like the Beton Ciré brand that are better finished.
Best regards

Good but having two products with one on restock, we waited for the second to arrive to make the shipment.
It's not the fact that bothers me, quite the opposite, but I would have liked to know

Hello
The order being placed on Thursday, the post did not deliver on Saturday but only on Monday of the week.
For next-day delivery, you need to choose TNT or Chronopost.

A first package containing 2 caps (amounting to 80€) indicated as sent but never received. After a week of waiting, I called customer service who sent a second package which was well received but with only one of the 2 caps without any explanation from the seller regarding the absence of the second cap. Following a second call to customer service, after discussion, a refund for the second cap was issued with average politeness, implying that some customers call and say they have not received their package when they actually have. I would not recommend this site again despite the quality products. Perhaps it would be wise to consider changing delivery providers as the first shipment was lost without information.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello
I still find the email not very nice.
Indeed, we sent a new shipment so that you would receive at least one cap without waiting for a return from the post.
As I indicated, we sent you only one in the second shipment because we only had one that had already been sent to you.
As proposed during the order, we have several transport methods including Colissimo, TNT, Chronopost.
Unfortunately, none are perfect.
We tried to do our best and I find your message very unfortunate.

The item does not match the description, it was supposed to be fully lined with 100% acrylic fleece which is not the case.
Unfortunately, having worn it because I did not see the problem right away, I can no longer return it.
Moreover, I informed the service that handles complaints who responded immediately the first time but then played ostrich for more than a week afterwards.
If I had not followed up again to get a response, I think that at this point I would still not have an answer.
This is the second time I order from you with 2 major problems each time.
Please do not send me notifications anymore as I will now order from another site.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello,
Please excuse us for the error on the inner lining of this docker beanie.
At no time did you indicate that you had worn it and we refused a return.
We could have made a commercial gesture by exchanging it for another product or a credit.
Furthermore, if we did not respond more quickly to the second email, it is because we were waiting for a response from Stetson to communicate the information to you.
We are trying to find a solution but we are still waiting for Stetson after your second email.
Moreover, you indicated that you had already ordered while we find no trace of a previous order.
We invite you to contact us again to find a solution to your problem.
Best regards

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello
If the product does not satisfy you, that is an opinion, but we have been selling it for several years and we have good feedback.
We do not understand your very negative message towards us when we always try to do our best.
If the product does not satisfy, it is like everything, it cannot please everyone.
In this case, it needs to be returned and we should not disparage a quality French product.
Best regards
