Excellent choice on the site, absolutely impeccable.
The delivery times are, however, very often much too long but well announced, which compensates a bit. I followed up with the site after the 4 weeks announced for the delivery of the hat, on a Monday; I had a representative informing me in writing about the arrival of the package at the end of the week and that was the case. Very nice double-corrugated package that consoled me from the long wait. I will use this hat, ordered in July, next summer ;-)

The boater I just received looks nothing like the one received in a previous order. (same product same size) this one is at least one size larger. The straw is very light and is flattened or crushed during manufacturing. The boater is therefore very light and so flexible that it seems ready to break.

I am satisfied with my purchase. The only downside is that I ordered on 21/05/2025 with a delivery time announced of 3 to 4 weeks. Immediate order confirmation but no further information until 28/07 (the day of my departure on vacation). Effective delivery on 15/07, a week after my return from vacation. I would have liked to be informed of the delivery delay. The day before my vacation, I had to buy a hat!
