The product matches the description, delivery was on time. I am satisfied. The only small issue is a minor detail, it's the extremely unpleasant smell coming from the packaging, is it the cardboard?

Very good quality but the images do not show enough of the reality of the products, as a result, I ordered the wrong hat. Roar.

Many model choices, but photos are not always very informative, also the choice of sizes is a bit difficult to understand. Otherwise, pleasant navigation and easy ordering.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello
In the case where the box does not smell good, it will be complicated for us to make a comment.
Indeed, can you send us photos to see if there was a spill of perfume or product on our box during delivery.
On our side, our boxes are made in Roanne in the Loire and none emit a smell that could be unbearable, especially since they are stored in our workspace.
Best regards

Order shipped the same day, very well packaged. But I had paid more for a Colissimo with Signature and the package was sent to me in simple Colissimo...

Reliable and easy to use. In my opinion, the only thing missing in the descriptive photos are a few images of the hat worn on a head (real or mannequin)

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello
Please excuse us for the Post as the order was placed on August 2, 2018 after 2 PM and it could only be sent on August 3, 2018.
With the weekend, it could only be delivered to the relay point on Tuesday due to road transport being blocked on weekends.
We are aware that this delay may have been significant for you and we apologize for the constraints imposed by the administration.
We hope, however, that the hats will satisfy you.
Best regards

No complaints for this site... Just maybe to implement a comparator so that future buyers can select two or three hats and see the descriptions of the selected products (for info, the TRIBUNE de L AUTO site does this very well for cars).

Very satisfied with the choice, quality, shipping conditions, return delay, but a downside: returns are not free. It would be easy, especially through relay shops.
