hello
thank you for your message.
As indicated by the site when ordering, the delay was 1-2 weeks. The information was also confirmed by email.
We are sorry but when ordering, this size 60 cm required a manufacturing and therefore delivery time that was noted at the time of the order.
Best regards
Traclet

Quick AND well served, very nice hat but it is not indicated on it that it protects from the rain while it is sold as such on the site: sun and rain. I bought it for the rain, so let's hope it does more than just protect from the sun.

Good site with a fairly wide choice, to recommend if you are looking for a hat and the usual stores are not enough.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello
The tracking is sent by email both at the time of the order, the shipment of the package with the colissimo number, and colissimo sends you both an email and a text.
Did you not receive them?
In that case, you should check the spam folder.
Best regards

I am very sad to give this rating because the problem is the return which remains at our expense, 8.70 without tracking otherwise it's 16 euros. Your collection is super beautiful and having custom hats is not easy.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello
Yes, this rating is very sad especially for us who try to offer quality items and unique design services. Especially since this return is not our fault.
We offer to refund shipping costs with Paypal but otherwise, currently we are not financially able to cover shipping costs.
Otherwise, we would be obliged like Amazon to call on investors and unfortunately the hat world is atypical;
Best regards

Site presenting a very wide choice of products. Good presentation of them. Just a remark for a delay in updating a reference, which led me to a bad choice.
