The commercial effort made by your services during the negotiation is very interesting. This effort was appreciated by the Management at the signing of the order. The delivery is made within quick deadlines, which is convenient for us, manufacturers.

Delivery time correct (although not as fast as announced). Then, for the sizes, it's quite approximate. You have to try, you can't rely on it.

The colors of the products are not well identifiable, especially in dark shades, put a bit more light in your photos.

The photo on the site does not correspond to reality: the cap received is flatter and less rounded than in the photo

Overall, it's a nice site. Positive point, the origins of the products are indicated. However, I had some difficulties with the product search system, which I found not intuitive. For the rest, I have nothing to complain about.

Had to return it, size too small, I should have listened to the opinions of internet users.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello, Sorry that the size is a bit small but for this type of docker hat that is worn quite high on the head; the size can sometimes be problematic as it does not sit deeply on the head. It is of course possible to return the product by indicating the desired size in exchange. Best regards, Traclet

The 'black fox fur chapka - brown color' that I received is a very beautiful chapka made of real fur, except that it is clearly more burgundy and, above all, the bleached tips of the fur give a pinkish hue!!! We are very far from the description and even if the principle of skins means that each piece is unique, the one I received has a very (too much) feminine aspect, whereas I intended it for my personal use...

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello, For the fox chapka reference 1181, we have it either in black or brown. You ordered the brown color. Normally this color corresponds well to the one we have in the photo on the fourth image. If the brown color does not satisfy you, it is of course possible to change it. We also have it in black. Remaining at your disposal. Best regards, Traclet
