Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello
when purchasing outside the EU, the French VAT of 20% is exempt but you will have to pay import taxes for Switzerland. These fees are inherent to each country.
Otherwise, we can also deliver to France by remaining post or relay point so that you only pay VAT in France without shipping costs to Switzerland and import taxes.

Very nice chapka with a very good cut. Although one size fits all, it fits perfectly for small head sizes! Warm and soft interior. I recommend!

The caps I was looking for and finally found at TRACLET. Order, shipping, delivery, deadlines, communication... all impeccable. There is still plenty to enjoy, a true hat maker.

Impeccable customer service, very quick and courteous response. Fast delivery too and product is perfect! You can order with your eyes closed (even if it's less practical than with your eyes open).

Hello, I am a bit disappointed with the packaging; if you could put a cardboard case to put the hat in, that would be great. It would provide more security for transport. Thank you.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello
according to the invoice and the order confirmation we received, the order was for the following hat:
T1 Bucket Hat Natural - Tilley - Size: 56 cm
Reference number: THE ICON T1 NATURAL
85.00 €
Therefore, the error does not come from us as the invoice and the order confirmation that was sent to you by email within a minute of your order; it clearly indicates a size 56 CM.
It is of course possible to change the size if this is not the one you want.

In search of a cap, the Traclet site caught my attention with an impressive quantity of apparently quality items. My choice was difficult. Once my order was validated, it was quickly taken care of and sent. Upon receipt, the quality is confirmed and gives me complete satisfaction.
