Product ordered on 12/06/2023 with a delay of two weeks.
Received on 12/28/2023. I did not find customer service very responsive.
The hat seems to be of good quality, to see over time.

Hello
Please excuse us for this week's delay.
An email was sent to indicate a delay of two weeks, but then we did not send this week's delay. Finally, a follow-up email was sent to you.
We hope that the hat will give you complete satisfaction.
Remaining at your disposal.
Best regards

Great service with a tracked delivery to the UK. The hat was as described and one of the few places in Europe I could find it at a reasonable price. Very good!

Good evening,
I was lucky because when I typed in my search engine, the Taclet hat shop appeared. An online store that has a multitude of hats. Therefore, you can find your happiness there. And I found mine.
So cool

Correct product, however the site is not up to date regarding product availability and there is no email to inform of a longer delivery time than expected.

I called the store and then contacted the store by email. Very positive feedback through these two means of communication, and quick! I am very satisfied with the hat and the service. The delivery took longer than what was indicated on the site, but this is surely due to the fact that I placed the order shortly before the end-of-year holiday period.
