Deception about the quality of the berets; they were not alpine hunter hats, see École Militaire des Chasseurs Alpins in Chamonix.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello, there is no deception but simply the military model is not this one. The military model is the one without a cap or inner leather. Here is the link for the military model: https://www.chapellerie-traclet.com/fr/beret-militaire/3887-authentique-beret-chasseur-alpin.html. It is of course possible to change it if it does not suit you. Remaining at your disposal. Best regards, Traclet Sebastien.

Flawless transaction (item as described, immediate and careful shipping). However, while the cap, from a good Belgian brand, is well made (construction, craftsmanship, exact size), the visor is sewn and not buttoned, contrary to what the description indicated (and I prefer a buttoned visor!). Notwithstanding (error humanum...), I kept the charming cap.

Clear and well-presented site. The models would benefit from being presented on mannequins for better visualization but it’s very good.

The contact with the company's sales representative was very pleasant and very informative. The product received this time, like the previous ones, was a quality product but used to Tilley, I underestimated my hat size despite a head circumference of 55.
