Fast shipping, product conforms. Bravo to Traclet
However, for the delivery of the package, the Post can definitely (can it really?) do better, "a routing error" delayed the delivery

Very good, this delighted everyone to put the commodore cap back on our Italian friend who took advantage of his retirement to buy a boat in France and is leaving with it to sail. Thank you very much for the diligence.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello
thank you for your message, it is unfortunate to have such feedback. If the product does not suit you, it is certainly possible to return it. We have 3 photos showing the product, from our side at no time did we indicate that it was sewn or glued because for the garnishes to be on the beret the simplest is to glue them since we do not have these garnishes with a button to sew them.
Best regards
Traclet

Navigation is convenient, however, a tab: add to my favorites would be greatly appreciated. The shipment of orders is fast and the products are in accordance with the description.

Impact on the Stetson hat which is deformed, it's tiring, I had to reshape the hat. Problem in the packaging or in the delivery. Nothing to report on the tricorne.
