Delivery time much too long (several weeks). Quality/price ratio not interesting. I am not satisfied with the delivery due to the delays. Otherwise, very correct reception by the chosen distribution center.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet Published on 29/05/2021

Hello, thank you for your message, as indicated when choosing the size, as well as during the order summary, the delivery time for the chosen size (57 cm) was 1-2 weeks. For the quality of the product, this model is made in Italy from a straw quality that is more than recognized. What were you expecting more to have better satisfaction? This way we could improve the product. Remaining at your disposal. Best regards, Traclet Sebastien

Nothing particular to say, I have total satisfaction with the order, just like upon receipt. You are a 'cline' company where I would not hesitate to recommend other headgear, especially for this winter, or other occasions.
