I am disappointed because I paid for a gift package. In the box, the packaging is all deformed and the gift package is poorly done... I have to make another one. 3 euros for that is limited.

Poorly packaged
The box is too small for the delivered hat.
A hard box would be more appreciated. Quite disappointed given the price of the hat

Good quality item. The felt used seems to be of good quality (to see in use...). Well packaged and arrived on time after precise colissimo tracking. The chosen size (my usual size), for this model, fits perfectly.
