Customer service is perceived as attentive and professional, with straightforward returns and responsive assistance when needed.
Disappointed because when I ordered I had the choice between size 57 or 59 and upon receipt it turned out to be M or L so size error
Misinformed and extra cost for exchange!!!

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello
the size of hats at the international level is 56/57 or M and L 58/59 cm.
You chose during the order a size 59 or L.
This does not change anything about the error during the order.
Since you want a size 57 or M which is equivalent.
Thank you for your feedback.
Best regards
Traclet
