Chapellerie Traclet delivers consistently fast shipping and reliable service, with many customers noting quick delivery and prompt order handling, sometimes arriving in time for events and performances. The product quality and presentation are repeatedly praised: hats and caps are described as well-made, comfortable to wear, with soft materials and neat finishes that align with photos and expectations. A wide selection and clear value for money are highlighted by shoppers who appreciate diverse options, reasonable prices, and durable, stylish designs. Customer service is perceived as attentive and professional, with straightforward returns and responsive assistance when needed.
The site is clear and the items are well described. The ordering process is problem-free and I appreciate the Paypal payment. Upon receipt, careful packaging, the hat is very well finished and especially in the right size. This is the first time I took this risk without trying it on, but now I trust this hat maker.

I ordered a personalized walking stick on Thursday, received it on Saturday (incredibly short delay, but note that this is during confinement, so it may be longer under normal circumstances). The engraving is well done, the stick is superb and arrived very well packaged (stick in a stabilized tube with paper, all in a rolled carton stabilized with paper and well sealed with tape). I made this purchase for a Christmas gift for a good walker, I am sure it will be very pleasing. Thank you!
