I am disappointed for a site that claims to be French; the hat is not French.

Hello, we are a French site and we sell international products. But also many French products. Very good site, intuitive, nice, well organized. I easily found what I was looking for. The customer service is top-notch. The shop is well stocked with headgear in various price ranges. I particularly appreciated the mention specifying the composition and the country of manufacture for each product. I will reorder (hats) and I will recommend (to friends) ^^.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello, we indicated that the product would be sent later as we were waiting for the Flechet hat since we ordered it from Flechet. It will therefore be sent to you in the tax since when the shipment is made, it is already paid. Best regards, Traclet
