This hat that I have to give for Christmas seems quite ordinary for the price. Moreover, I fear it will be too small even when opened to the maximum.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello, this model of docker hat is made from a high-quality fabric compared to the other model we offer. Furthermore, these hats are not worn down like a classic beanie. If, however, this does not suit you; it can be exchanged within 100 days. Best regards, Traclet.

Traclet is surely Europe’s greatest hat resource. Also, their customer service is efficient and pleasingly direct. Many of us are depressed by people who want our money pretending to be our friends. Thank you very much hat shop Traclet

Nothing to complain about this merchant who seems very serious, Colissimo on the other hand is not a model of speed, but the package was not damaged upon arrival and that is the most important.

For a first purchase and the advice I received by phone, it’s a nice discovery. I now know where to buy my children's future hats and treat myself again!

good but caps shown on models or mannequins would help us better have a real idea of the headgear

The cardboard packaging is far too weak and thin to protect the hats. Mine was punctured, but fortunately without damage to my hats.
