This is the second cap I buy on the chapellerie traclet site; The first I had to return for an exchange. Each time everything went well. Bravo and thank you.

Perfectly serious ... maybe an explanatory notice would have added a great plus to the shipment.. it avoids going back to the site to proceed with the application to ensure for other customers

I am sorry, I do not speak French. This was no problem on the website as there was a facility to change the French to English. I had searched on the Internet for a Patchwork Cap and came across Traclet selling a rather smart cap. The site was very "user friendly" and I paid via Paypal. I received my new cap within a few days. I was extremely satisfied with the overall service. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a hat.
